Welcome to my webpage where you can find details of my yoga classes, retreats & workshops, as well as Shiatsu treatments.

For the past year we have been yoga workshops and classes in Thailand, UK, Italy and India.

This year for November and December 2011 I will be teaching the Iyengar yoga component on the excellent Sushumna Yoga Teacher Training in Goa. This training is a yoga alliance registered course for teachers, and it is a good, broad based teacher training. There will be a few other different styles besides Iyengar yoga, such as Vinyasa yoga and Astanga yoga.
