Welcome to my webpage where you can find details of my yoga classes, retreats & workshops, as well as Shiatsu treatments.

2008 to 2010 were years of change. I have a wife, my lovely Andrea, a baby girl, and have been travelling and teaching yoga retreats and workshops in India, Italy, UK, Cambodia, Sri Lanka and Thailand. I am currently in Norwich UK, where I am teaching private classes.

In 2009 we did 2 yoga retreats in Thailand which were amazing experiences in an idyllic place to revive and do yoga. See News & Photos for pics.

We also did a retreat in amazing Sri Lanka at Ulpotha. This is another wonderful place, it was voted the best yoga retreat in the world by the Guardian newspaper, and it is a very, very special place.

This year for 2010 we will be running workshops in Bangkok, Bali and the UK but will be taking a break with retreats for the year while I take some more courses myself and while we are on the move.
